I have registered but cannot attend the live webinar.
If you registered for a webinar but could not attend the live event, no problem: a replay will be available after the webinar, accessible only to those registered to attend the actual webinar. After seven days, the video will be removed. No refunds will be given.
For all webinars with this seven-day replay availability, no refunds will be given once the webinar has started.
If you registered but have discovered you will not be able to attend the live event, nor will you be able to take advantage of the replay option, you can ask for a full refund up until 30 minutes before the live webinar starts. Please send an email to email@example.com.
Any refund requests sent by email before the live webinar starts will be fully refunded (you will not be granted access to the video replay since, in this case, you will no longer be registered).
The webinar is cancelled
If a webinar must be cancelled by either the presenter or the Alexandria team, all registrants will be notified by email and will all receive refunds or be offered to credit their payment to another webinar.
